Helix pricing is a transparent per-employee-per-month fee that scales with your team size. We provide a full written quote after a short discovery call — no hidden setup fees, no long-term lock-ins, and no surprise annual renewals.

Most clients complete implementation in about 30 days from contract signing to their first Helix-run payroll. Complex multi-state or multi-entity setups may take 45–60 days. You'll have a dedicated implementation manager from day one.

Full PEO clients get the integrated benefit of all our services, but we also support standalone engagements for payroll, HR consulting, or benefits administration. We'll recommend the right fit based on your team size and goals.

During discovery, we benchmark your current plans against the Helix master plans. In most cases clients move to Helix plans at open enrollment for better rates and coverage — but if you have a specialized carrier relationship, we can often accommodate it.
